QUALITY CHOCOLATE

Special care is always payed to the selection of top quality raw materials, guaranteed by selected producers, from cocoa, which comes from the best plantations in South America and West Africa, to Vanilla Bourbon extract, coming from Madagascar, to hazelnuts, Tonda Gentile delle Langhe variety, that are from the area of Cortemilia, in the southern province of Piedmont, with PGI mark of origin.

Beside the latest technology, Piemont Cioccolato retains the use of the ancient coating pans, a type of long and careful processing, carried out almost entirely by hand, which has the advantage of preserving the virtues of ingredients and giving products unique taste and intense aroma.
